STM / STS
Yang He graduated from the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering at Peking University with a BS degree in Chemistry. She obtained her PhD in Physical Chemistry under the supervision of Prof. Kai Wu at Peking University. Her thesis focused on STM study of double-decker single-molecule magnet at low temperatures. In 2014, she joined Prof. Yongfeng Wang’s group at School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University, as a postdoctoral researcher. There, she worked on the manipulation of spin states of single molecules.
Yang He has specialized in UHV-LT-STM and STS. She joined Syncat@Beijing in September 2016. Her present interest of research is to study the relationship between electronic nature and reactivity of Fischer-Tropsch components on specific surfaces.
